Returns & Reprint Guidelines
At TheCardboardBoxes, we’re committed to delivering premium-quality packaging. Still, we understand that unexpected issues can arise. If your shipment is damaged or you've changed your preference, we’ve outlined a clear returns process to support you.
Issue with Your Order? Contact Us Within 2 Working Days
Suppose something seems off whether the order is damaged, defective, or not what you expected please get in touch within 2 working days of receiving your package. We’ll investigate and help find a suitable resolution.
Change of Mind? Send It Back Within 10 Working Days
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 10 working days. Please note that if the return isn’t due to a product defect, additional costs such as reprinting or restocking may apply.
Need a Reprint? Here’s How It Works
If you require a reprint for an item that’s not faulty, return the original within 10 days. Once received and inspected, we’ll start production. Standard turnaround is 10 business days, or we can expedite it for an extra fee.
Cancellation Terms
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. If production is already underway, cancellations are non-refundable. However, we offer complimentary storage of your boxes until you're ready for delivery.
Check Your Delivery Upon Arrival
As soon as your shipment arrives, please check it. If you notice any problems or damage, let us know within 2 business days. When the goods are delivered, it is the customers' responsibility to inspect them.
Slight Marks or Colour Variations
Minor scratches or subtle colour differences may occasionally occur due to the nature of custom printing and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
As our products are fully customised, we typically retain 99% of the order value once production has started. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
