Returns & Refund Policy — The CardBoard Boxes
At The CardBoard Boxes, we are dedicated to providing high-quality custom packaging and exceptional customer service. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, and all return and refund requests are handled fairly and transparently.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue. To request a reprint, the original order must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. Once we inspect and confirm the return, we will begin your reprint. Standard reprints for bulk orders take approximately 10 business days, and expedited reprints are available for an additional fee. The fee will be calculated and communicated clearly before the reprint is processed.
For non-defective items, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, in original and unused condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of reprints/replacements and return shipping, which will be communicated before processing.
Refund Policy
We retain a portion of the product cost for custom-made items, typically between 50%–70% depending on order quantity, as production begins immediately after client approval.

Include your order number and a clear description of the issue to help us resolve it efficiently. Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
