Policy on Refunds and Returns

To ensure that customers receive customized products and services according to their instructions, clients must inform The Cardboard Boxes within two working days if their products are damaged or do not meet the specifications.

Note: We only deal with defective products when they are returned or refunded.

Defects on the company's side:

  • It should be noted that if a defect is confirmed to be the company's fault, The Cardboard Boxes will be responsible for reprinting the entire order as soon as possible.
  • It is the company's final decision regarding whether or not the defect is its fault and who is responsible for it.
  • To return a whole order, the customer must do so within 7 business days of receiving the order and will have to pay for the shipping costs.
  • The customer must be able to provide proof of any defects, such as a digital photo, to assist with the reprint process.

Defects caused by the client:

  • A refund will only be given if the defect was the customer's fault. In that case, the customer must return the entire order to claim a refund.
  • The shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs will be deducted from your refund in the case of a refund.

Cancellation of an order:

  • After the proof has been approved, the printing job is immediately sent to the press department for the next step in the production process.
  • The customer has 4 hours after proof approval to cancel his order if he doesn't like it.
  • The customer will be charged a 5% cancellation fee if the order is canceled after processing.
  • The cancellation must be requested within 12 to 24 hours of the event.
  • We cannot provide a refund if the order has been sent to the press. As a complimentary service, we can offer you a warehouse storage facility, and you can ship the order when it is needed.
